Our President & CEO, Charles Brodeur, is a seasoned commercial real estate professional with a distinguished career in leadership, brokerage, and community service. Throughout his career, he has been affiliated with several prominent commercial real estate firms, including CBRE, Cushman & Wakefield, Kojaian Management, Newmark, Signature Associates, and Signature Associates, where he developed experience across multiple facets of the industry.

Mr. Brodeur has demonstrated a long-standing commitment to professional and community leadership. He has served on the Board of Directors for the Detroit Area Commercial Board of Realtors (DACBR) and previously chair of its Education Committee. He also served as Chairman of the Education Committee for the Mortgage Bankers Association of Michigan, contributing to industry education and professional development statewide.

In addition to his real estate leadership, Mr. Brodeur has held several notable community roles, including Chairman of the Board for the Birmingham Christian Businessmen’s Committee, Chairman of the Board and founding President of the Okemos/Haslett Jaycees, and Committee Member for St. Lawrence Hospital’s Economic Development initiatives.

Mr. Brodeur honorably served in the United States Navy, an experience that helped shape his leadership, discipline, and commitment to service.
